A Terms & Conditions page is a mandatory legal document that must be present on your merchant website. The iPaymu verification team will review the completeness and relevance of this page to your actual business practices.
Required Before Verification
Your Terms & Conditions page must be publicly accessible from your website and cover all minimum points listed below. Incomplete or overly generic documents may result in verification rejection.
Below are the minimum points that must be included in your website's Terms & Conditions:
1. General Terms
State that users who access the website are deemed to have read and agreed to the applicable terms and conditions.
Example:
"By accessing and using this website, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Terms and Conditions."
2. Company Information
Provide complete company identity:
- Company name or business owner's name
- Business entity type (PT, CV, UD, sole proprietorship, etc.) if applicable
- Operational address
- Official email address
- Other relevant contact information
Example:
"This website is operated by Sample Store / CV Sample Maju, located at Jl. Example No. 1, Jakarta. Email: info@sample-store.com."
3. Product or Service Description
Explain in detail:

Example:

Explain:

Example:

10. Dispute Resolution
